Staff are all friendly and knowledgable , things could be improved by having enough optometrist working to cope with demand as the wait to see them after all the field tests have been completed is far to long. My appointment was 11am the field tests were completed and all paperwork by 11.15 but I had to wait until 11.45 before the optometrist was available to see me

I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I was served by a trainee who was very helpful especially when choosing my new glasses. I joined the contact lense scheme. I was surprised at the benefits of joining your scheme. Again extremely impressed. There was nothing that I felt would need improving from my appointment.

It's the most thorough eye examination I have has anywhere in the world including Miami, New York, Hong Kong. Hardeep and Urmi were very helpful. All the staff very helpful.
